By using 3X.SALE you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Who can use 3X.SALE

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws of Nepal. Merchants must have the authority to list the shop they register.

Offers and coupons

Offers are created by merchants. A coupon is an agreement between you and the merchant — 3X.SALE lists and facilitates it but is not the seller of the underlying goods or services. Merchants are responsible for honouring the offers they publish.

Payments

Merchants pay 3X.SALE for placement via Fonepay. Consumers never pay 3X.SALE to claim a coupon.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no fraud, no scraping, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no posting of unlawful content.

Liability

3X.SALE is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee any specific offer, uptime, or outcome, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
